L'Eglise Saint Pierre et Saint Paul dans Evry Village (1/2).

L'église remonte au XIIIème siècle.
Elle fut reconstruite au XVème siècle, aprés être tombée en ruine pendant la guerre de Cent Ans.
On lui donna son nom "Saint Pierre et Saint Paul" definitif en 1741.
Elle fait partie des derniers monuments d'Evry-Vieux-Bourg.
A l'interieur de l'église on y trouve un ornement, que l'on trouve rarement dans les eglises. Que represente cet ornement ? la suite demain.

The Church Saint Pierre and Saint Paul in Evry Village
The church goes up in XIIIème century.
It was rebuilt in XVème century, after having fallen in ruin during the war One hundred Years.
One gave him his name “Saint Pierre and Saint Paul” final in 1741.
It belongs to the last monuments of Evry-Vieux-Bourg.
Inside the church one finds there an ornament, which one seldom finds in the churches. What represents this ornament? the continuation tomorrow.

Living in the US I am always humbled when building with this much history are photographed. The oldest buildings we have where I live are around 100 years old ... I look forward to tomorrows ornament.

Que de belles vieilles pierres, superbes photos, spécialement la troisième que j'aime particulièrement , le clocher quôn aperçoit entre les arbres :)
