The Town hall of Evry.
The new town hall of evry was inaugurated on September 28, 1991 by the president of the republic François Mitterand.
at the same time as the Place of the Human rights and the Citizen. The architect is Jacques Levy.
The day of the inauguration, there was a spectacle “Fairyhood Urban”.
Now, you wonder why my photographs are torn: it is my Blow of Mouth against the town hall of Evry, who prohibits the photographs with interior town hall.
I find that inadmissible, the town hall is a public place, opened with everyone, whereas I board no problem to take photographs with interior of the Cathedral, large Pagoda, mosque, ect…To seek the error.
I board nevertheless succeeds in taking three photographs before the caretaker comes to prohibit it to me.
Thus to show my dissension, I put torn photographs.

Thanks for taking these photographs. Unless it is a high security area, I never understand why some places prohibit pictures.

Whatever your reason for (digitally?) ripping up your pictures, the effect is very striking. Nice work.

Yes, I agree that it's unusual, Olivier, and, I like your spirit!!

Bravo Olivier, tu as parfaitement raison, je te soutiens entièrement.

Thank you for your support. Nathalie, I will make follow to the town hall. as regards Ingrid Bettancourt, our mayor is of all the actions for his release and I had find this immense poster well. But why hide it?

Nice effect! I'm glad your camera was not conficated by the guard. Even with city and federal buildings being targets for violence and police cars and barricades everywhere, even in the USA where our government is regulating parking in front of major public buildings, one can still freely take photos. There was debate about this because photographing the interior and exterior of target buildings was found to be taking place by violence-based groups. Some buildings still will not allow interior photos, but those are usually commercial spaces, not public like this.

for kim, it is an interesting debate, which one cannot return in the offices and the files, I understand, but just the entry of the town hall, I do not understand. Moreover all religious places allow it, in a laic country I find that there is some share an anomaly.
