Regularly jokers comb pink the elephant and the town hall is obliged to repaint it in white.

This reminds me of the London series on the subject of elephants.

white is pure, while pink is sweet. Either colours look good to me !

I like this game about painting and repainting.. It has a hidden message of the war between the serious (official) world and the playful one:)

Great series of photos.

C'est mignon, cet elephant! Il est joli en rose!

Your elephant is quite charming! I agree, pink is even nicer! (In France, do pink elephants have the connotation of being pleasantly drunk, as they do here?)

Thank you for your comments and to have made a turning in my blog.

For Ham, the elephants of the blog of londre are superb, thank you for the bond.

For Jenny, indeed in France, to see a pink elephant means that one is slightly stuffed. for this reason it is often painted pink by jokers

The story about the elephant being purchased by a cafe owner who, finding it impossible to fit it through his own garden gate, donates it to the town, is a fantastic one. Thanks Olivier both for the photos and the text.

Bravo Olivier !
