Olivier, I got my post card today! Thank you so much. It arrived on my birthday making it extra special. I love that beautiful church on the post card. Its the one that fascinated me on your blog with the trees on top of the building.

The sculpture here is interesting. Since its next to a school, I wonder if the kids play on it.

"I shut my eyes in order to see." that's my favorite quote of Gauguin. I wonder if the school has reproductions of his work decorating the walls.

Bonne nuit, Olivier.

I wonder too what the schoolchildren think of the sculpture and if they play on it...very interesting.

All those stairs in the sculpture would be called an attractive nuisence. Very interesting sculpture to have in the school grounds.

Really interesting shots, as ever.

Olivier, a laneway is a small narrow street - I think perhaps "ruelle" in French ???

Very unique. I would not have thought of having stairs inside the globe.
