Like each year, with my brother, we make our American night the evening of Super Bowl, and each year at the half-time (around the two hours of the morning in France) my brother makes us hamburgers. And while Prince sang under the rain of Miami, we regale ourselves our hamburger.
And cheer with the Colts and Peyton Manning

That sounds fun Olivier. I was surprised to hear that the Superbowl is watched in France.

Wow. you actually stay up until past 2:00 in the morning to watch the Super Bowl? The hamburger looks huge and tasty.

Unknown a dit…

ahhh... yummy.

no 'french' fries with it? hehe...

Olivier, you are too funny! I didn't watch the Super Bowl. Instead, I was at Bryant Park stalking celebrities and models at the New York Fashion Week. :-)

But I did have a nice, juicy hamburger for lunch. With fries dipped in mayonaise.

Wow... it makes me feel hungry now... I can hear my stomach begging me for something like your late-dinner!
Hope you enjoyed the game!

Comme tu me fais rire!

Very authentic looking burger, down to the sesame seed bun and is that American cheese?
Funny, when I make my burger, it is on a toasted French bread with Roquefort on top ;-)

Well, I graciously admit defeat and congratulate you and the Colts on winning the game (they truly deserved it!). The only explanation I have is that bears don't eat baby horses ;-)))

I have received your (gloating;-) email and the postcard is in the mail...

Tu dois être vraiment crevé aujourd'hui, non?

Delicieux !

In the United States, when a hamburger has all these condiments on it, we call it a hamburger with "the works".

Oliver,

I decided I was going on a diet first thing Monday morning... that is until I clicked on your site and saw that wonderful looking hamburger.

Well so much for self control.

Oliver, that's an awesome tradition to share with your brother, right down to the hamburgers. They look so good. Thanks for sharing such a fun time.

In Istanbul, to watch Super Bowl, we have to get up at 2:00 am. I am not a fan but I know some American's get up and watch. Thinks people do for football... Bon Apetite...

C'est une bonne rituel, ca! Delicieux, je suis sur.

Olivier, il y a quelque fois dans ma blog especialement pour vous. he he une petite blague...

Cheltenhamdailyphoto a dit…

The hamburger collage made me laugh.

Anonyme a dit…

Perfect food to enjoy the Superbowl.
I have crepes for the Tour de France.
