I'm not a big follower of football but I'm pretty sure you can't do that with the ref... ;)

Looks like they didn't agree with his decision. That's quite funny.

This looks just like Sydney at the moment!

Great photos! Looks like a lot of fun. :)

Funny :) I love the guy with the chair over his head. Whatever works I guess. The coach looks like he was taking some abuse too but I asume it was all in fun.

I agree with James...the game must have been all over and they were all friends. In this area, you would get kicked out if you did that to a ref.

Your comment about the players and the referee was pretty funny. I like the chair as rain protector.

This is too funny! The poor referee is being dragged by the football players. Poor dude.

Your photos and the following comments gave me good reason to laugh this morning (yes, it'still before noon)!

Time for sunshine tomorrow and the "Fête de la musique"! I'm sure you will be around with your camera. I will "close" my blog for a day or two, having friends around etc...

Olivier, great photos. Love the chair being used as a rain cover and did the referee laugh? Was it a joke?

We had a guest photographer in the Guelph blog last evening. Lovely photo too!

Hey! That's how Americans would like to treat some of their refs. (Kidding of course!) A lot of laughs here. Fun photos...guess I have never really thought of American football in France. It has arrived, eh? Cheers!

it must be so dangerous that that guy has a chair over his head! haha...

Nice discussion they are having with the referee ;).
And the first photograph, covering oneself with chair is so funny. :D
