La cathédrale de la Résurrection d'Évry a été construite de 1992 à 1995 par l'architecte suisse Mario Botta.
Elle est dédiée à Saint Corbinien né en 680 à Saint-Germain de Châtre, premier évangélisateur de la Bavière.
Ouverture au public le mardi 11 avril 1995. Elle a été inaugurée le jour de Pâques 1996.
