La fontaine Wallace du quartier du bois sauvage

La deuxième fontaine Wallace de la ville d'Evry, se trouve dans le petit bois du quartier du bois sauvage. Je vous avais présenté la première sur le post du 10 Janvier 2008 (Voir ce post pour lire l'histoire des fontaines Wallace).
The second fountain Wallace of the town of Evry, lies in the small wood (In the district of wild wood ). I had introduced the first on post from 10 January 2008 (See this post to read the history of fountains Wallace).

La fontaine Wallace : Place des Aunettes

Sur la place des aunettes, on trouve une fontaine Wallace. Les fontaines Wallace sont des points d'eau potable publics qui se présentent sous la forme de petits édicules* en fonte. C'est à Paris qu'elles furent implantées en premier et qu'on en trouve le plus grand nombre. Elles tiennent leur nom du philanthrope britannique Richard Wallace qui finança leur édification.
On the aunettes square, there is a Foutain Wallace. Wallace Fountains are points of public drinking water is in the form of small iron lavatories. It was in Paris that they were established in the first and we find the greatest number. They take their name from the British philanthropist Richard Wallace who financed their construction.
