La Cathédrale de la Résurrection d'Evry : la chapelle de Jour (4/5)

Accessible dans le fond de la nef, la chapelle de Jour octogonale a été décorée par Gérard Garouste.
La forme octogonale, rappel le "huitième jour", le jour de la Résurrection.
On y trouve trois sculptures (en fer forgé doré) de Gérard Garouste :
- une Vierge à l'Enfant.
- Le tabernacle.
- Un Christ (Inspiré de l'évangile de Saint Jean).

The Cathedral of the Resurrection of Evry: the vault of Day (4/5).
Accessible in the content from the nave, the octagonal vault of Day was decorated by Gerard Garouste.
The octagonal form, recall the “eighth day”, the day of Resurrection.
One finds there three sculptures (out of gilded wrought iron) of Gerard Garouste :
- a Virgin with the Child.
- The gate vault.
- A Christ (Inspired of the Gospel of Jean Saint).
