Presentation des musiciens accompagnant Billie Holiday. Cette sculpture se trouve à Corbeil-Essonnes (ville touchant Evry), faite pour le Festival de Jazz.
Lady Jazz (Orchestre Jazz) aura nécessité 7 mois de travail, 12500 plantes et 6300 litres de terreau (Information du Journal 'Le republicain').

Les 20 ans des corsaires #1

Les Korrigans, les Busters, les Eperons Ardents, les Voyageurs et maintenant les Corsaires, cela fait 20 ans que le football americain existe à Evry. Ce dimanche, c'etait la grande fête des 20 ans des corsaires. La journée commençait par un tournoi de cadets "The Toon Bowl" en hommage à David Antunes, un ancien joueur des corsaires mort à 25 ans.
Burning Goblins, Busters, Spurs, Travellers and maintaining the Corsairs, that made 20 years that American football exists in Evry. This Sunday, it was great the 20 years festival of the corsairs. The day started with a tournament of juniors “The Toon Bowl” in homage to David Antunes, a former player of the corsairs died at 25 years.

En final, un match de l'equipe des corsaires contre des all stars du foot americain français. Malheureusement, journée gâchée par la pluie. Mais un match dans une tres bonne ambiance.

Pour cloturer l'exposition des oeuvres de frere Yves, le centre d'arts sacrè proposait un récital de violon de Maria Balladyna Ciszewska (violoniste titulaire à l'Orchestre Lamoureux).

For cloturer the exposure of works of brother Yves, the center of sacred arts proposed a recital of violin of Maria Balladyna Ciszewska (titular violonist with the Lamoureux Orchestra).

Exposition des oeuvres de frere Yves #2

........Après avoir terminé ses études secondaires, il suit les cours de l'Académie des beaux-arts de Valenciennes. C'est au cours de ces années d'étude qu'il ressent l'appel à la vie monastique qui le mène à l'Abbaye bénédictine de la Pierre-qui-Vire. Il y découvre les richesses de l'art roman grâce au père Angelico SURCHAMP qui fonda l'Atelier du Coeur Meurtry et les Éditions Zodiaque.
Le mouvement, la simplicité, le respect de la surface plane propres à l'art roman le marque profondément et c'est dans cet esprit que, de ses longues heures de méditation sur les grands textes où s'enracine la foi chrétienne, frère Yves tire ses peintures.
