Tomas Gubitsch - Concert Tango

( Have a good weekend and Monday.
» Tomás GubitschLast night at the theater in the agora (shopping center Evry2), there was a concert of Tango Tomas Gubitsch. At the end of the concert, the musicians wanted to let good photo taken with my old Polaroid 600. (I took the opportunity to take a picture of a fan).
"I can not say with certainty whether the tango infiltrated break into my music ... or if my music is back in the world of tango without asking permission (or mine for that matter). Compose or play in a certain "kind" means compliance with certain traditions, certain styles and aesthetics. But it is also an invitation to cast off the imagination. The tango provokes me, if not moving or changing permanent, or if simply self-imitation, it will eventually become a music musée.Le utmost respect that I can manifest Tango is to be disrespectful to him! " Tomás Gubitsch

CONCERT TANGO : Avec Tomás Gubitsch (guitare), Juanjo Mosalini (Bandonéon), Gerardo Jerez Le Cam (piano), Eric Chalan (Contrebasse), Iacob Maciuca (violon)

I'm smiling! I didn't even know you could get film for those old Polaroids any more. Great photos, Olivier...I like the lights; they act as highlights in the dark. Excellent!

I adore tango. It is one of the reasons I am so fond of Argentina. Young Porteños do not play rock and roll. They play hard tango like this. Beautiful representation.
