Samedi soir aux arènes de l'agora d'Evry, c'etait une soirée fado du monde avec la chanteuse Bévinda. Bévinda est la figure emblématique du renouveau du fado.

This must have been a very wonderful performance and she has a nice voice, but to be quite honest I think we can not call this Fado... There are some 'new faces' who make gorgeous interpretations of the classic Fado, like Mísia or the fabulous Marisa (the greatest voice since Amalia Rodrigues is gone), but Bévinda (I've never heard of her before) reminds me of Madre Deus, which is great too of course.
