The Community of Agglomeration of Evry we proposed center "Carmina Burana" by Carl Orff by the chorus and orchestra Paul Kuentz (accompanied exceptionally for this evening with the choir of school children of Bretigny on Barley), with soloists: Akemi Hirosaki (coloratura soprano), Adrian Brand (tenor) and André Cognet (bass).

RépondreSupprimerCARMINA BURANA ! Ce devait être gorgeous ! C'est le genre d'oeuvre a absolument écouter en concert et donc en stéréo. J'avais une amie qui chantait dans une chorale "A Coeur Joie" et ils avaient fait un concert regroupant toutes les fédérations de France, je te dis pas !

Carmina Burana, et dire que Burana est une marque de cachets pour le mal de tête (au moins en Finlande, ici je ne sais pas, je ne prends "jamais" de cachets pour le mal de tête).

RépondreSupprimermy dad died of Alzheimer's on Aug 29 this year. he was 79 and had a good life but I still hate that cruel disease! Great cause & a wonderful moving piece of music. I saw it some 10 yrs ago in Long Beach, Ca.
