There are currently 75 blogs participating in this theme day:
Jack
The Statue of the Liberty. Should I be proud to know that it was created (Bartholdi, Eiffel...) in a workshop in "my" arrondissement (17th)? What I recently learnt was that even the stones of the base on which the original is staying came from France (Euville), stones to be supposed to remain white and to be particularly resistant. (Anyhow, hopefully more resistant the the ones in "your" chimney.)
My Theme Day is of a city unto itself, with its own zip code, and a portrait of the "Peashooter" at the National Museum of the United States Air Force. Hope you like flying.
I want to mention before I comment on this photo how much I appreciate your visit and comments on my blogs lately. I've been so busy with THREE different groups of friends visiting us lately on Maui, and so I've not had time to visit you back of visit other blogs. It's as if I dropped off the map to others, but not to you!
The chimney was an indication it might not be the real thing ... enjoy your week away from your blog ... it may be harder to not blog than you think ... I predict you will miss blogging so much you will not make it a whole week.
Hi Olivier! A pigeon post at Cheltenham i have for you... but don't worry, you can't really see it. In the comments box though, there is a song i feel you will like. LOL!
Hmnm! This looks vaguely familiar. Could it be St. Paul?

RépondreSupprimerLiberty, a word that needs to be reviewed by humans.
