Oliver, have you ever taken a trip on a barge? I remember seeing them on the rivers in Germany. some who have a small car on their deck...I guess that way when you pulled in to a town, you would have a way to get around.

Bien sûr, les péniches c'est toujours beau et ça fait rêver, mais là je regarde la couleur de l'eau qui est différente suivant les cours d'eau (l'Isère est grise par exemple) Et j'apprécie les plantes de la berge dans leur atours printaniers J'aime quand l'environnement situe des objets flottants et itinérants, libres en quelque sorte comme le sont les péniches
Tout un style de vie... Penses-tu que les familles vivent encore à bord comme c'était le cas il n'y a pas si longtemps? Si oui, comment sont scolarisés les enfants?
En aggrandissant la derniere photo j'ai vu le nom d'une ville anglaise, Towcester, et un numero de telephone. Il est loin de chez lui! Les photos sont comme d'hab. tres interessantes. Angela

Olivier, j'en avais marre d'avoir une tonne de liens sur cergipontin et jardin de marguerite alors j'en ai profité pour me faire un blog liens et comme ça j'en profite aussi pour faire une galerie des photos de moi que je préfère

Pour ming, non je ne suis jamais monter dans une peniche (sauf à Paris pour ecouter un concert de Jazz), j'ai pas le pied marin
Pour Lori, ils transportent souvent des cereales (en amont il y a les grands moulins de corbeille)

Yes Alice they still live in the barges, but I ever saw of child in these barges.
For ming, not I am never to get into a barge (except in Paris to listen to a concert of Jazz), I do not have the marine foot.
For Lori, they often transport cereals (upstream there are the large mills of Corbeille)
This reminds me a lot of the river Rhine in Germany, where I come from. It looks a lot like this there, too. Same kind of ships are on the Rhine.
